Send text to another user
Syntax: T <call> [<text>] <CR>
With this command you can talk to other users connected to the node.
There are two modes:
T callsign
this puts you in a one on one converse with the station. /q exits
the conversation.
T callsign text
This sends a single line of text to the station.
