This is the problem list. These things need to be fixed or work that needs to be completed that we have noticed as of this date.
  • Outside of house
    • Window over front door is not level
    • Seal on 2-car garage door not tight
    • Facade in front is non-random
    • Grout around brick facade on porch is different below and above
    • Base of facade sticks out to the right of the garage
    • Outlet on porch intercepts the shutter
    • Railing on front porch missing
    • Roof tile over foyer window
    • Trim near where porch roof meets garage roof
    • Trim ceiling on back balcony
    • Satellite dish mount
    • Rear facing floodlights
    • Coating on back patio slabs
    • Stonework where garage front meets pavers
    • Mailbox
  • Inside
    • Someone pissed in our dishwasher - we want a different one.
    • Desk drawer in kitchen is assembled badly and appears to lean. This is a problem with the drawer itself, not the cabinet.
    • Cabinet handles in kitchen have defect
    • Bottom drawer in kitchen cabinets is broken
    • Many cabinets doors are not alighned correctly
    • Cabinets in kitchen are missing underside lights valence and have damage from where they were removed
    • Oven in kitchen missing
    • Put solid doors back on master-bedroom to hallway, instead of glass (french) doors
    • Corian sills in master bath and guest bath showers are missing
    • Trim door in back left bedroom closet
    • Air conditioner access doors handles are mis-aligned and there is a dent in one of the doors
    • Missing upper soap dish in upstairs hall bath
    • Trim over downstairs bathroom door from front hallway is damaged
    • Banister/railing on stairs need to be finished
    • Steps and risers on stairs are still rough (carpet?)
    • Wall on side of downstairs shower is not straight, tile work shows that the wall is warped.
    • Closet doors are not completely installed(is this done?)
    • Water filter in garage
    • Trim and Paint
    • Carpeting
    • Alarm system panel in master bedroom
    • Doorbell
    • Dining room chandelier is bent
    • Install towel rack where indicated
    • Install shower door in master bathroom
    • Install mirrors in all bathrooms
