T-shirt spotting is a favorite sport. We especially liked the other store opening shirts. The
more far flung the better or alternatively the oldest Apple related shirt you can find and still
fit into (Claris the Dog Cow was pretty good).
We also looked for comrades from other store openings.

Very few people were set up with high tech equipment for 2 reasons: First was that it was raining until 9am and second was that
they were able to leave the gear in the car knowing they could get it if they needed it. Airports work outside of the store
of course so in most stores people had ibooks and TiBooks. Conversation was very good on the line so nobody was bored enough I guess.

We had to be careful leaning against the painted walls as the paint was tacky and people ended up being
covered with beige paint. Beige? How could they?

The guy facing away from us in blue is the local cop who was hired for security.
We talked to him a couple of hours later as he was leaving
the store with a pair of grand-opening T-shirts.
He said that he was hooked. In frame 12976, note the phantom
figure at the rear of the store at the Genius Bar.
Is this SJ astrally projecting his-self to the store?

In the hour before the store opens they run through the theatre presentation so those
waiting outside the store can get a quick preview of what is to come.
