In early October 1996 I had the good fortune of being invited to fly with my daughter at a
Young Eagles
event. A volunteer pilot, with his own airplane, flew my daughter and I on a pre-planned route for about 15 minutes.
The event involved a dozen or so pilots and perhaps a hundred children. Lots of fun.
While we were in the air, I took lots of photos. We took off from Nashua Airport heading east, flew across the Merrimack River and then turned south. We went south for about 5 miles, turning west over the Pheasant Lane Mall near the Massachusetts border, headed west, turning north over Hollis and then following 101A east back to the airport. These are the pictures. Hopefully in order. I'll comment those views that I can figure out. If you have better or more complete information, please send me email!
